【ITA】     Cosa significa il vino per te? Cos’è una bottiglia di vino buono? Dicono sempre che il vino buono è quello bevuto insieme agli amici. Ma prima di conoscere Camilla, non pensavo ciò.

        Io, Lu, conducevo una vita solitaria: quando gli altri finiscono di lavorare, è il momento che inizio a studiare; quando gli altri tornano dalla lezione, dico sempre che devo lavorare… Con questo ritmo, ho ottenuto tanto e penso di aver sacrificato altrettanto. Infatti, il vino è rimasto il mio unico compagno fedele: quando sono felice, stappo una bottiglia per festeggiare; quando sono triste, bevo un bicchiere come conforto; quando sono agitata, bevo un sorso per rilassarmi… non dimentichiamoci il liquore che mi coccola ogni sera prima di andare a letto.

        E’ la passione per il vino che mi ha spinto ad iscrivermi al corso di enologia, ho preso persino un appartamento davanti alla facoltà, ovviamente per risparmiare il tempo.

        Giorno dopo giorno, lavorando e studiando, era giunto il momento di mettere in pratica tutto quello che avevo imparato – il tirocinio universitario. Perciò, dopo aver delegato tutti i lavori in azienda, sono andata a Suvereto, un piccolo paese a sud di toscana, ad affrontare questa nuova vita a tempo determinato.

        Spero di avere l’occasione di raccontarvi le mie storie in cantina, come la mia amica Camilla ha fatto. Ma la cosa più importante che vorrei dire, è che in questo posto ho ritrovato il calore e la felicità dell’amicizia, la gioia di condividere, di fare le cose insieme, di bere in compagnia.

        “Il vino buono è quello bevuto insieme agli amici” — ora ho capito. Cin!

  【CHN】什么是酒？什么是好酒？他们都说，和朋友一起喝的酒就是好酒，可在认识Camilla之前我并没有喝过很多这样的好酒。

        之前的我，别人下班的时候我上课，别人下课的时候我工作，得到了很多，也失去了很多。而葡萄酒是我唯一不离不弃的伙伴。开心的时候我开一瓶酒来庆祝，不开心的时候我小酌一杯来安慰，紧张的时候我喝口酒来放松，睡前总有一小盏甜酒助我安眠…

        对于葡萄酒的热爱，驱使我报考了酿酒专业，甚至为了是节约时间，干脆在大学对面租了间房子。转眼两年过去，到了实习的季节，我排除万难安排好工作，装了一车行李，去托斯卡纳南部一个叫Suvereto的地方过一段有期的新生活。

        在这段新生活中，与其说学到了很多知识，最大的收获其实是我遇到了很多朋友，也重新体验到了和朋友们在一起上山下海，一起劳动，一起喝酒的喜悦。

        最好的酒和朋友们一起分享的酒，到现在我才明白这句话的真正意义。干杯！

【ENG】What does wine mean to you? What is a bottle of good wine? They always say that good wine is when drunk with friends. But before I knew Camilla, I didn’t think that.

Lu, I led a solitary life. When other finished work, I started studying when the others come back from lessons, I always had to work. With this rhythm, I have obtained so much and I think that I’ve also sacrificed a lot. If fact, wine has always been my loyal companion. When I’m happy, I break out a bottle to celebrate. When I’m sad, I drink a glass for comfort. When I’m agitated, I take a sip to relax…. Let’s not forget the liquor that I enjoy every night before going to bed.

It is this passion for wine that led me to enrol in the oenology course. I even took an apartment in front of the faculty to save time.

Day after day, working and studying, it was time to put into practice everything I had learned. So having delegated all the work in the company, I went to Suvereto, a small village south of Tuscany, to live this new regularly-paced life.

I hope I will have the opportunity to tell you stories of the cellar, as my friend Camilla did. But the most important thing I would like to say is that I have found the warmth and happiness of friendship in this place. There is joy in sharing and doing things together, drinking in company.

“Wine is good when drunk with friends” – now I understand. Cheers!
